The video was filmed at sunrise near Annecy, France, in an area of rolling hills just west of the foothills of the French Alps. Filmed using strict safety procedures, the video provides a unique perspective of the floating balloons, as the fast-moving drone is able to film each balloon from any direction and at considerable speeds.
