Check out this amazing pump track in St George.
What is a Pump Track....it's a continuous loop of rollers, banked turns, and other features such as wooden jumps that riders can complete without a lot of pedaling. There are two adjacent tracks in St George, Utah One has large wooden structures for big jumps...and even flips. The second is a smaller, easier tracks. The tracks are created for people of all ages and abilities. The youngest I saw riding was 6, lots of teen ages as well as adults. Great fun and great exercise.
St George is an incredible location for outdoor activity. Whether it's biking on a pump track, the local bike paths, roads or the hunderds of miles of gravel roads and trails. Video was shot with a Mavic 3 Cine.
