Izmir's Holiday Paradise Seferihisar Sığacık

Sığacık is a neighborhood of the Seferihisar district of İzmir. It is located within the borders of Sığacık Castle and Teos ancient city, an Ottoman castle built in 1522.

Sığacık is less than 5 kilometers away from the center of Seferihisar. It is located on a small peninsula facing north. The port is on the east side, the beaches are on the west side. Until 2009, Sığacık was a fishing village. Now it is an important tourism region of Turkey and Izmir.
