Springbrook National Park is part of the Gondwana Rainforests of Australia World Heritage Area, one of Queensland’s five World Heritage properties and part of the World Heritage Family. The Springbrook National Park is a protected national park that is located in the Gold Coast hinterland of Queensland, Australia. The 6,197-hectare park is situated on the McPherson Range, near Springbrook, approximately 100 kilometres south of the city of Brisbane. Graeme is a lifetime friend up from Melbourne whom I have known since my childhood days. Michael is fellow drone buddy and we regularly get together for drone expeditions like this. At Purlingbrook Falls, I couldn't get a gps lock on the Mavic 3, and after 7 or 8 minutes of waiting, I gave up, and pulled out the Evo 2 Pro, and got GPS lock within a minute. All flying in compliance with CASA regulations (flight logs available)
