The Raw Beauty of Nature | Sólheimajökull Glacier Iceland 🇮🇸

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :

Despite its name, only about a tenth of the land area of Iceland is covered by glaciers, mostly in the southern half of the island.  In this drone video by drone Eye Perspective, you'll get an aerial view of the glacier known as Sólheimajökull.  It's part of the Mýrdalsjökull glacier, Iceland's fourth-largest by covered area, and the largest in the very southern part of the island.  The Sólheimajökull is about 5 mi. long (around 8 km) and a bit over a mile wide (2 km).  The video was filmed with a DJI Mavic Pro 2 drone.
