It's called Ursa Beach (Praia da Ursa), and it's located in the Sintra province west of Lisbon, in the heart of the Portuguese Riviera. The beach is known for its stunning offshore rock formations, which are used to great cinematic effect by this very skilled pilot. With a hilarious introduction featuring his dog, the video was filmed with a DJI Avata FPV drone.
