Drone Videos of Amsterdam

See the Dutch city of Amsterdam in a new light in this fantastic drone video from Passport_Aerial.  It's the capital of the country and its largest city, the center of an urban area of about 2.5 million.  Originating from a dam on the Amstel River, Amsterdam was one of the 2-3 most important cities in the world in the 17th century.  It's still an important business and financial center, known around the world for its canals and cafes as well as for historical sites like the house where Anne Frank hid during World War II.

Get some great aerial views of the great Dutch city of Amsterdam in this excellent drone video by nohesitations.  The video contains some excellent shots starting at about :20 looking down the Amstel River towards the central part of the city.  Beyond the buildings and squares you'll see the IJ, the body of water which connects the IJmeer with the North Sea to the west.  You'll also get some nice views of the city's famous canal system, which form a series of rings around the center city which intersect with the Amstel.  

This drone video of Amsterdam by AirVuz contributor NvS Channel opens with some nice shots looking up and down the city's main waterfront on the IJ.  From there you'll head to the canals which form a series of half-rings around the great Dutch city.  Starting at about the :48 mark, you'll see some great overhead views of the Basilica of Saint Nicholas, followed by a shot heading northwards toward the city's main train station (Amsterdam Centraal).  Other highlights include a night flyover of Dam Square (1:35), the city's main plaza.
