Top AirVuz contributor Jay Christensen has become one of the worldwide go-to content creators when it comes to one-shot first person view (FPV) video shoots.  That's why he was tapped to create this incredible one-shot tour of the venue for the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas in connection with the 2022 National Hockey League All-Star Game.  Home of the Las Vegas Golden Knights NHL team, the arena seats up to 20k.  Opened in 2016, the arena is located on the Las Vegas Strip, adjacent to the MGM Grand.    

Former AirVuz employee Jay Christensen hit the big-time with this fantastic first-person view (FPV) drone video from a famous bowling alley in Minneapolis.  In a single shot, the "cinewhoop" style quad flies into the front door of Bryant Lake Bowl (located just a few km/mi. south of downtown), follows the course of a ball down an alley and then provides a look at the equipment behind the pins.  In the days following its release, this piece became one of the most-viewed FPV videos of all time and was the subject of countless news stories.  This video was a DVOY finalist in 2021. 

Top AirVuz contributor Jay Christensen, whose first person view (FPV) video of a bowling alley became one of the most-viewed drone videos of all time, uses his "one-shot" FPV magic to give us a tour of the New York City offices of Barstool Sports.  Founded in 2003 in Massachusetts, the company moved its headquarters to the present site near Madison Square Garden in 2016.  Providing a unique perspective of the inner chambers of the highly successful company, this video was picked for the FPV Pilots to Watch list in December, 2021.    

In this brilliant "one-take" first person view (FPV) drone video, top AirVuz creator  drew.drones takes us on a fascinating aerial tour.  The General Motors China Advanced Design Center in Shanghai is one of four GM advanced design centers around the world. Recently renovated, the center is focused exclusively on developing electric and autonomous vehicles for markets around the world. The video was filmed with a GoPro Hero 11 action camera mounted to a three inch "cinewhoop" style quad and was a 2023 FPV Drone Video of the Year nominee.

Prepare to be amazed by this very creative one-shot first person view (FPV) video by top AirVuz contributor and pilot wanderlustfpv_906.  The highly-choreographed piece was filmed at a slackline festival in the (Midwestern) USA state of Indiana.  The nearly five minute long video actually consists of three separate one-shot pieces filmed in different sections of the festival.  Capturing dozens of people performing visually interesting tricks, this video was picked for the FPV Pilots to Watch list in September, 2022.  

Red Bull Athlete Tyler Bereman is one of the world's top practitioners of the art of freestyle motocross - FMX, for short.  And who better to film this legendary rider performing his aerial tricks than JohnnyFPV - one of the world's top FPV drone pilots.  Check out the action in this short but spectacular piece created in partnership with Red Bull Media House and DJI.  Notice how close the quad is able to get to the action! This incredible film won the Extreme Sports category at the 6th Annual NYCDFF in 2020.

Top contributor and first person view (FPV) pilot nikofilmz is a master at the difficult art of dynamic FPV - chasing moving "subjects".  It's one of the toughest styles of FPV flight, and it requires a kind of "sixth sense" on the part of the pilot to anticipate where the "target" is moving so as to be able to keep it in frame.  In this excellent piece, he uses a "cinewhoop" style micro-drone to track a very adept BMX rider tackling a challenging course, and with a single shot.  This video was featured on the AirVuz social media pages.  

Cinewhoop-style first person view (FPV) mini-drones - which generally are very light weight and employ ducted propellers - are opening up new vistas in creative cinematography.  One of the most creative ways to show of their use is with one-shot videos, particularly with transitions from inside to outside and vice versa.  FPV pilot Clark Lupton does just that with this fantastic piece, in which he flies into a lake house and then out onto the lake in front of hit.  This video was picked for the FPV Pilots to Watch list in August, 2020.

Check out this epic first person view (FPV) single-shot video by talented AirVuz contributor and FPV pilot fpv.montenegro.  Reversed to appear as if the camera is facing backwards, the video was shot over Montenegro's Durmitor National Park.  "Beginning" with a shot over a lake, the video will then take you well over 1.5 mi. (around 2.4 km) over an adjacent mountain ridge.  Located in the Dinaric Alps in the northern (and inland) part of this small Balkan country, the park is a UNESCO World Heritage site.  

Hold on for an epic ride over the largest waterfall in Europe via first person view (FPV) mini-drone, compliments of talented AirVuz contributor and FPV pilot gab fpv.  In one shot, he took his racing quad over Switzerland's Rhine Falls.  With a modest height of 23 meters high (around 75 ft.) and massive width of 150 meters (490 ft.), the falls has recorded water flow as high as 1.25k cubic meters/second (44k cubic ft./sec.); by any measure, it's the most powerful waterfall on the European continent.  

Get a unique perspective of the great city of Venice, Italy in this fantastic first person view (FPV) piece by top AirVuz contributor Alberto Ardit.  The video opens with footage of the Santa Maria della Salute on the Punta della Dogana.  Then, in a single shot, you'll fly across the Grand Canal to the St Mark's Campanile and the adjacent Basilica and the Doge Palace, before heading back across the canal.  This video was picked for the AirVuz FPV Pilots to Watch list in April of  2021.  

While gimbal-stabilized drones have been used to showcase real estate for some time, it's only recently that FPV drones have been employed to show residential properties from unique angles and perspectives.  One of the most interesting techniques used by FPV pilots for these projects is the "one shot" video, in which the inside and outside of a home is shown in a single uninterrupted sequence.  A great example is this FPV tour of a house in the Normandy region of France by After8_FPV, which was picked for the FPV Pilots to Watch list.  

AirVuz contributor and first person view (FPV) pilot MrFpv brings us this rather haunting tour of central Beirut, Lebanon in the aftermath of a giant explosion which devastated the city in August, 2020.  The explosion of a store of fertilizer ingredients in a warehouse ripped through this Mediterranean port on August 4 killed hundreds, injured thousands, and caused billions of US dollars' worth of property damage.  This video was picked for the AirVuz FPV Pilots to Watch list in late September, 2020.   

Drone Pilot Ruben Caser brings us this extremely creative take on the "dronie" shot.  Using his FPV drone, he takes off, and in what appears to be a continuous shot heads off to an old railway bridge.  There, standing on the bridge to catch the drone, is none other than our talented content creator!  Watch it, watch it again, and let us know if you understand how he did it!  The video was filmed in southeastern Australia at the Nimmons Bridge in Newtown, Victoria.  This video won the Dronie category at the 6th Annual NYCDFF.

To appreciate how the emerging art form of first person view (FPV) drone fly-through's is evolving, check out this amazing piece from Scottsdale, Arizona.  Shot with a single take, the video will take you through five separate bars in the heart of Old Scottsdale, the fashionable winter getaway spot located to the northeast of downtown Phoenix.  Watch how these lightweight drones (with ducted propellers) can be flown in close proximity to  people with minimal disturbance and capture camera angles that would be otherwise impossible.  

Barranquismo is Spanish for canyoning. Canyoning is the action of traveling in canyons using multiple techniques and tools to get through the canyons like walking, climbing, swimming, scrambling, etc. In the case of Lougedo, it means hiking to a spot then letting your mini quad do the rest of the work. He says he had no expectations when he headed towards this spot, but quickly found a beautiful waterfall he wanted to feature and soar down.

Check out this VERY creative one-shot first person view (FPV) drone video by AirVuz contributor and FPV pilot wanderlustfpv_906.  The video captures a series of highline artists suspended on a rope above the shores of a frozen Lake Michigan.  Watch how the single-shot view captures the surroundings and periodically returns to the highline to see a different person in a different pose each pass.  This video was picked for the FPV Pilots to Watch list in May of 2022.  The camera used was a GoPro Hero 9.  

Top AirVuz contributor Jay Christensen blew up the internet with his first person view (FPV) drone view of a bowling alley in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  In this fantastic "cinewhoop" piece, he takes things to a higher level with a piece put together for Media Day for the Minnesota Timberwolves of the National Basketball Association.  Piloted by T-Wolves shooting guard Anthony Edwards, the single-shot video takes you through the team's office and ends with a shot of baseball great Alex Rodriguez, who led the purchase of the team in 2021. 

Take a FPV drone tour of the brand-new (Spring of 2023) Main Event food and entertainment complex in Beaumont, Texas (about 90 minutes east of Houston) in this outstanding "one-shot" video by AirVuz contributor Drone Wurx.  Filmed with a "cinewhoop" style quad in a single take, you'll explore what this venue has to offer, beginning with its giant arcade room.  After heading through a dining room and massive bar area, you'll tour the Main Event's impressive laser tag course, finishing with the equally impressive bowling alley.    

Talented content creator Cato_fpv earned his second spot on the FPV Pilots to Watch list with his second AirVuz upload, an amazing "one-shot" FPV tour of a restaurant in the Turkish city of Antalya.  The shot begins with an approach to the restaurant, with an extremely creative entrance in which he flies through the open windows of a car before proceeding into the establishment.  From there, and all in a single shot, you'll get a nice guided tour of the restaurant dining room followed by a peek at the kitchen.

Nothing demonstrates the versatility of "cinewhoop" style first person view (FPV) drones like those outdoors-to-indoors continuous shots, and top AirVuz contributor Jay Christensen starts out with an epic one in this amazing piece.  The video was shot at a megaplex theater in Plymouth, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis.  Coming in the front door, you'll be taken around the theater, taking in a familiar-looking spot from an entirely new perspective.  This video was picked for the FPV Pilots to Watch list in January, 2021. 

Get a rare behind-the-scenes look at a well-known Chinese production studio, compliments of top AirVuz contributor and first person view (FPV) pilot drew.drones.  He worked with major advertising agency TBWA\Shanghai to create an FPV fly-through of the Shanghai studio of Kudos Shanghai, which produces artwork for blockbuster video games like League of Legends and Valorant.  Impressively shot in one take with a "cinewhoop" style quad, this video was picked for the FPV Pilots to Watch list in August of 2022.   

Prepare to be blown away by this magnificent one-shot FPV video from the USA's largest enclosed shopping mall, compliments of the legendary Jay Christensen.  Shot with a "cinewhoop" style FPV drone, the video plays off of the 1994 movie "Mighty Ducks: D2", which was shot at the giant mall in the Minneapolis suburb of Bloomington.  In a continuous shot, he flies through the giant structure, catches up with a roller-hockey "team" cruising through the mall, and heads into the Nickelodeon Universe amusement park in the center of the mall.   

Talented content creator and first person view (FPV) pilot Clark Lupton turned his "cinewhoop" style FPV drone loose to create this memorable perspective of a vacation spot in South Carolina.  It's the entertainment district on Shem Creek in Mt. Pleasant, a bit to the northeast of the city of Charleston.  In a single take, he will take you over and through some of the bars and restaurants which line the creek and even through some sailboat riggings.  This video was picked for the AirVuz FPV Pilots to Watch list in early June of 2021.  

This first person view (FPV) piece by AirVuz contributor alfdee-fpv combines three themes which have captured the imaginations of FPV pilots and their audiences: bowling alley fly-throughs, chase scenes, and single-shot videos.  The video will take you through a recreation center which has both a bowling alley and a go-kart track.  Shot in a single take, the video opens with a fly-in through the door; from here you'll fly over the pool tables, onto the go-kart track, and then into the bowling alley part of the venue.   

AirVuz contributor and FPV pilot VR-Copter earned a spot on the FPV Pilots to Watch list with this fantastic one-shot FPV video from the fabled Porsche Museum in Stuttgart, Germany.  It's located in the Zuffenhausen, on the main corporate site of Porsche AG.  Originally a small facility built in the 1970's, the museum took on much larger dimensions when it moved to its current location in 2009.  The $100 million euro facility was built partly in a competitive response to hometown rival Mercedes-Benz, which built a large museum in 2006.

Check out this fantastic "one-shot" first person view (FPV) drone tour of a historic city in northern Turkey by AirVuz contributor and pilot tumbler_fpv.  Mezifon is located in the province of Amasya, one of the inland provinces of Turkey's Black Sea Region.  Sitting on a plain south of the Pontic Mountains, the town dates to the Antiquity.  It rose to prominence during Roman times, and remained an important city during the Ottoman period.  This video was picked for the FPV Pilots to Watch list in March, 2022.  

First person view (FPV) drone "mountain surfing" can lead to some pretty epic footage, and never more so when there are clouds involved.  Being able to fly in and out of these small clouds allows FPV pilots to create some incredible content.  Witness this piece by AirVuz contributor and pilot flumz fpv.  Flying over the French Alps at sunset, he is able to use the clouds (on an otherwise very clear day) to amplify the already-stunning visuals.  Watch how the mountains fade in and out as he soars through the light fog.  

Legendary first person view (FPV) drone pilot ShaggyFPV takes us on the ride of a lifetime in this amazing bike-chasing video from Chile.  The video was filmed at the Red Bull Valparaíso Cerro Abajo event in Valparaíso, Chile's second-largest city.  In the video, he follows (with a single shot) Czech biker Tomáš Slavík (4x winner of the UCI Mountain Bike & Trials World Championships) as he rides down the city's narrow streets towards the sea.  This video was picked for the FPV Pilots to Watch list in December of 2022.  

Top AirVuz contributor and first person view (FPV) drone pilot www.cineflight.ch used a "naked" GoPro mounted to a "cinewhoop" style FPV quad to create this excellent one-shot drone tour of a fitness center in Switzerland.  It's the Clever Fit Fitness gym in St. Galen, near the northeastern corner of the country.  Ride along for an in-depth and entertaining look at this very well-equipped gym.  This video was picked by the AirVuz editorial staff for the FPV Pilots to Watch list in late June of 2023.  

Piazza San Marco (aka St. Mark's Square) is one of the most recognizable landmarks in Venice, Italy and indeed all of Europe.  In this amazing video by FlyCiak, you'll get a first person view (FPV) drone view of the famous square, which lies along the city's Grand Canal.  Filmed with a single shot, the video opens with a fly-by along the western side of the Doge Palace towards St. Mark's Basilica, which dates to the 11th century AD.  Further on, you'll soar past the adjacent St. Mark's Campanile bell tower and the Lion of Venice statue.
