A Flight Over Winnipeg

Contributor Blaze used a DJI Mavic Pro drone to create this 60 second aerial tour of Winnipeg, the capital and largest city of the Canadian province of Manitoba. The video contains excellent footage of the city's two rivers (the Red River of the North and the Assiniboine) and the bridges spanning them, which form its most critical infrastructure. The video will also show you aerial views of Investors Group Field, the $210 million home for the Canadian Football League Winnipeg Blue Bombers which was built in 2013.

Here's a quick edit of my recent trip to Winnipeg. It was a great weekend of weather, and while I know some of the lake footage was over exposed, it was so fun flying out there. When I was back in city I flew over the Blue Bombers stadium (their CFL team), as well as going down near "The Forks" in downtown so I could get some footage of the Canadian Museum of Human Rights and the Provencher Bridge. All footage was filmed with my DJI Mavic Pro. Music: "Better Days" By: The Goo Goo Dolls
