Game. Set. Match. That's what Virgin Active has said to the tennis world with their introduction of Drone-o-vic.
Virgin Active is looking to help tennis players hone their skills by offering a drone that drops tennis balls from different angles and heights that tennis ball machines just can't offer. Drone-o-vic is also equipped with a 4k camera that allows players to study video their practice sessions and matches.
“The great thing about Drone-ovic is it recreates the serve and smash experience with greater accuracy," Virgin Active's Head of Racquets, Gary Stewart, said in a press release.
Drone-o-vic is being tested at Virgin Active's Collection Club in Northwood, United Kingdom.
The name Drone-o-vic is a tip of the cap to the world's number one tennis player Novak Djokovic.
