Tossa de Mar is a town in the Spanish province of Girona, on the stretch of Mediterranean coastline known as the Costa Brava in the semi-autonomous Catalonia region.  The town is known for its beaches, the most prominent of which is Tossa Beach (Platja Gran).  Seen here in this drone video by contributor Filmdron.es, the beach is distinguished by the medieval castle which sits atop a hill that forms the beach's western boundary.   The town is roughly equidistant (around an hour's drive) from Barcelona and the French border.
