Ever since he was a kid, Justin Namon was drawn to photography. He eventually studied it in college and turned it into a career. But as he saw the industry changing, he realized he might need to adapt as well. That’s when he discovered drones. Namon first tried using camera drones in his work to offer new perspectives of his projects. But after seeing a local FPV pilot do a simple roll maneuver over a train track, Namon knew he needed to try FPV. Like a lot of pilots, Justin dipped his toes in the FPV water by flying Tiny Whoops. He thought flying FPV would be a hobby he did on the side, but it eventually turned into more than that. Watch the full episode to see how Namon has made a living by filming cinematic FPV videos.
