Caprock Canyons

Head out to Briscoe County, Texas in this drone video by pilot mtpetrick. He’s taking us to Caprock Canyons State Park and Trailway in northern Texas, a park established in 1982. The nearly 24-square-mile park is one of the largest in the Lone Star State and contains a variety of flora and fauna. The area has badlands with cacti and junipers, tall grasses and cottonwoods in the canyons and is home to a bison herd, mule deer, coyotes, golden eagles and more. The park’s Lake Theo also contains numerous species of fish.
