The town of Carringford derives its name from the Norse phrase for "Narrow Sea Inlet of the Hag". It is situated in County Louth on Carlingford Lough, a fjord, north of which lies the UK's Northern Ireland region. The video features footage of King John's Castle, a 12th century enclosure castle built in the town's harbor which is one of the top attractions here.
