AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Conwy Castle is one of the most famous fortresses in Wales. It's situated in a town of the same name, on the north coast in the North Wales region. The great landmark was built by King Edward I of England during his conquest of Wales, between 1283 and 1289. The castle was constructed as part of a wider project to create the walled town of Conwy. Contributor Joshua Paul Gardner used a DJI Mavic Pro drone and a GoPro ground camera to create this video showing this important medieval landmark from a bird's eye view.
