AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Check out this fantastic DVOW nominated video of Croatia's Murter Island, compliments of former Drone Video of the Week winner Pushkinflyteam. Sometimes called the Pearl of the Adriatic, the island is part of a group of islands called the Šibenik Archipelago. Covering about 19 square km (around 8 square mi.), the island is connected the Dalmatian Coast mainland by a canal near Tisno, which is spanned by a small draw-bridge. The video features excellent footage of the island's main (namesake) town, located near its northern end.
