Drone Dudes' latest collaboration: We invited pro-hooper Rebecca Victoria to our new creative studio in DTLA. With renovations commencing the following morning, we had one night to capture something unforgettable -- one night before the rawness of the space would be lost forever. Aside from the tight timeframe, we faced significant obstacles: lighting was limited. The floor was cracked and fragmented -- even if it had been smooth, there was no time to lay down dolly tracks. Shooting conditions were far from ideal, so we did what we do best: we improvised. We took countermeasures. Our battle plan was as follows: mount a Sony A7S with a Shogun 4K recorder and Tokina 11-16mm lens onto our Rover Drone. With the clock counting down, Rebecca slapped on her slayer kneepads, dusted off her hoop, and got down to business. Our Rover allowed us unrestricted movement across the harsh terrain, and the A7S proved once again that it's a low-light beast.from Drone Dudes
