Earthquake in Turkey - Asking for Donations

Top contributor ugurevin recorded this heartbreaking aerial footage from Turkey in the wake of a pair of powerful earthquakes which caused devastation across the southeastern part of the country as well as in neighboring Syria. The quakes, which hit within nine hours of each other on February 6, 2023, killed at least 44,000 people as of February 16, a figure which was expected to continue to rise. The main quake, which struck near the Turkish city of Gaziantep, was one of the stongest ever recorded in the Middle East.

As many of you already know, two devastating earthquakes (magnitude of 7.7 and 7.6 that took place on February 6th 2023) have hit Turkey and affected almost 17 million people in the area.
It is impossible to understand the situation in the area without actually going there, however this silent video might give you an idea.
Many of the people in urgent need of shelter, food and medical aid in the area.
