The video was filmed in and around the town of Port Edward, which lies near the border between the eastern states of KwaZulu-Natal and Eastern Cape, on the Indian Ocean. Created with a combination of drone and ground camera footage, the video provides a window into the very active aquatic recreation scene here, much of which takes place on the Mtamvuna River, the boundary between the two states.

Where ever the crowds are going, we will head in the opposite direction! The Pont is a place I have grown up around, Aaron and myself lived in Port Edward for over 10 years on farms up izingolweni road. Being the outdoor people that we are, we spent most of our childhood riding bike, horses and trying our utmost best to build some form of microlite/plane. We also spent a fair amount of time on the wild coast, hiking, fishing etc. After all these years it was epic to be back on the South Coast, so much has changed. We spent the weekend at The Pont with Bday celebrations, good people, epic vibes and just all round fun! This is The Pont through our eyes! www.theoriginalslife.com #LiveTheStory
