Giau Pass | Dolomites

Check out this beautiful drone video of a well-known mountain pass in northern Italy, compliments of contributor Alberto Ardi.  It's called Giau Pass, and it connects the municipalities of Cortina d'Ampezzo (home of Italy's most famous ski resort) with Colle Santa Lucia.  It's in Belluno, one of the seven provinces which make up Italy's Veneto region.  The mountains here are called the Dolomites, which are part of the Southern Limestone Alps and are shared with the neighboring Trentino-Aldo-Adigio region.
