McDaniels Marsh is in Springfield, NH. It is a gorgeous and relatively unknown gem for paddling, with huge gray herons and expansive views. This was filmed in the hour before sunset, when the world was bathed in the warm soft glow of the setting sun. And as you can see, autumn did not just begin on your calendars ~ the trees are really turning colors, especially in the wetlands. If you do go there in a kayak, my advice is to go through the narrow part (featured in this video) then bear off to the left to find the barely visible channel that will allow you to paddle for another mile, way up the left side of the marsh. Filmed with a Mavic 2 Pro, edited in Final Cut Pro X. The music is "Smoldering" by Kai Engel, courtesy of FreeMusicArchives.org
