Grossglockner Hochalpen Road, Austria

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :

Talented content creator Oggy returns to AirVuz after a hiatus of four years with this spectacular drone video of Austria's highest mountain pass: the Grossglockner High Alpine Road.  The road, which is named after Austria's tallest mountain, connects the town of Bruck in the state of Salzburg with Heiligenblut am Großglockner in the neighboring state of Carinthia.  The road reaches a peak elevation of about 8.2k ft. above sea level, or around 2.5k m.  Completed in 1935, the road is generally open from May through October.
