Gulf of Finland from above
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Dronemedia.me brings us this drone video of the Gulf of Finland in Russia. The Gulf is the middle of the three great eastern extensions of the Baltic Sea, between the Gulf of Bothnia which separates Sweden and Finland and the Gulf of Riga which is shared by Latvia and Estonia. The access it provides to the greater Baltic Sea and thence to the North Atlantic was the reason why Tsar Peter the Great decided to build a new capital for Russia at the head of the Gulf in the late 17th century: St. Petersburg.
