New York's Hudson Yards is one of the most ambitious urban renewal projects ever undertaken. It entails 16 new skyscrapers by 2024, most of which are or will be built on a giant platform over the West Side Yard, the Long Island Railroad storage and maintenance facility on Manhattan's West Side. The 101-story, 1,268-foot (386 m) 30 Hudson Yards is located at Tenth Avenue and 33rd Street. It is the city's fourth-tallest building with an observation deck, known as “Edge”. Located on the 75th floor more than 1,000 feet (305m) above the city. Go out of the building and walk 65 feet (20m) straight out into the sky on the highest public balcony in the Western Hemisphere.
