First stop is always the storks. The Huttaler Widerwage, a water contraption from the mid 1700s, is able to balance the water in a nearby lake: If there's too much it's channeled out of the lake, if there's not enough it adds water. 

Next it's off to a few more places in the Harz mountains, taking watery gaps with the DJI Avata. The video ends with a few unused shots of late winter.
