Kelpies Falkirk Scotland 2022
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Among the more recent additions to the landscape of Scotland are the Kelpies - a set of two giant horsehead statues in the Lowlands' Falkirk Council. Seen in this excellent drone video by JAybee2786, the statues are the symbolic heart of a land redevelopment project known as the Helix which involves redeveloping the eastern end of the Forth and Clyde Canal. "Kelpies" are mythological horses which can transform themselves into a human, said to exist in Scotland's Lochs. The video was shot with a DJI Mavic Pro 3 drone.

The Kelpies are 30-metre-high horse-head sculptures depicting kelpies, located between Falkirk and Grangemouth, standing next to a new extension to the Forth and Clyde Canal, and near River Carron, in The Helix, a new parkland project built to connect 16 communities in the Falkirk Council Area, Scotland.
