Landwasser Viaduct (Grisons, Switzerland)

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :

AirVuz contributor and pilot Kpax brings us this fantastic aerial view of a famous railway bridge in the Swiss Alps.  It's called the Landwasser Viaduct, and it connects two towns in the canton of Grisons across the bridge's namesake river.  Its curved design lets passengers on the Rhaetian Railway (which operates the line) see the lead cars enter the Landwasser Tunnel.  With its tight curve and 2% grade, the construction of the viaduct (completed in 1902) was considered a major engineering feat.
