Check out this stunning drone video of the Spanish island of Lanzarote, compliments of contributor marco.trastu. It's the northernmost and easternmost of the archipelago of the Canary Islands which are located in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of North Africa.  The island measures about 60 km (around 35 mi.) north to south and about 25 km (around 15 mi.) east to west.  It's a young island in geological terms, having been created by volcanic eruptions on the Atlantic floor about 15 million years ago.
