Manitoba From the Air
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Manitoba is the easternmost of the three so-called prairie provinces in Central Canada, sitting to the east of Alberta (which is partially prairie and partially mountainous) and Saskatchewan. Contributor and pilot Tomtom used a DJI Phantom 4 Professional drone to capture the essence of summer in the Canadian heartland. The video includes aerial footage of the following locations: St. Adolphe and St. Agathe, over-water footage from Otter Falls, Eleanor Lake, and the Winnipeg River, and much more.

This is a compilation of some of the places I visited this summer in Manitoba with my DJI Phantom 4 drone.
Included in this video are aerial shots from St. Adolphe and St. Agathe, where I flew over some farmer's fields during harvest while they were out with the combines. The lake footage is from near the north Whiteshell where I flew over Otter Falls, Eleanor Lake and the Winnipeg River, and marsh footage from Hecla Island on the way up to Gull Harbour.
The cattle footage was taken near Arborg, Manitoba, and I was able to fly over Norway House Cree Nation during the annual Long Boat Days Festival. I took the drone out over some sunflower fields in Clandeboye, over Whittier Park and Kilcona Park in Winnipeg, and finally over the Red River in St. Boniface.
All footage is shot with a DJI Phantom 4 in 1080p 24fps or 4K 24fps, in D-LOG with factory colour settings. Minimal colour correction has been applied on the footage, with no plug-ins added.
