Oosterzee-Buren & Het Tsjûkemar - Drone Video
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Check out this beautiful drone video from the northern Netherlands, compliments of AirVuz contributor and pilot Dedication Photography. The video opens with footage of the village of Oosterzee in Friesland, one of the two main northern Dutch provinces (along with Groningen). From there, you'll head just a bit north to the lake known as Tsjûkemar. It's one of the largest of the Frisian Lakes, a group of about two dozen lakes which covers part of southwestern Friesland and which is a popular aquatic recreation area.

Oosterzee is a small village in the north of the Netherlands. The village consists of two areas, Oosterzee-Buren and Oosterzee-Gietersebrug. Here we can see Oosterzee-Buren which has not a lot of houses and a very small population. The village has a neoclassical church built in 1860. In the background and later on in the video we see a big lake called Tjeukemeer. This lake is the largest inland waterway in the Dutch province of Friesland. In Frisian its called: Tsjûkemar.
