Orchid Bay Resort - Belize

Belize's Orchid Bay Resort is one of the top accommodations in Corazal, the northernmost town in this small Central American country.  The resort and town lie on Corazal Bay, an inlet of the larger Chetumal Bay which in turn opens up onto the Caribbean Sea.  Heavily damaged by Hurricane Janet in 1955 and later restored, the town was originally built on the ruins of a pre-Columbian Mayan settlement.  In this excellent drone video by top contributor DuarteDellarole, you'll get a bird's eye view of the resort and its idyllic surroundings.
