QESHUACHAKA. A bridge made of pure straw
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
The pre-Columbian Inca culture of Peru is famous for its technical prowess in certain areas. One of them was bridge building. In these mountainous lands, bridges were crucial to the ability of the Inca Empire to manage its vast landholdings. One of their great innovations was deceptively simple - wire rope bridges that were hung extensively over canyons and gorges throughout the region. Here's a drone video of a surviving bridge over the Urubamba River, compliments of contributor Azazel.
