Take a first person view (FPV) drone tour of an important city in Central Asia, compliments of AirVuz contributor EPIFANOVKZ.  Samarkand is located in southeastern Uzbekistan, one of the republics which emerged from the dissolution of the Soviet Union in the early 1990's.  Situated on the old Silk Road, which connected the economies of Europe and Asia for centuries, Samarkand became one of the largest and most important cities in all of Central Asia.  The video was filmed over the heart of the city, one of the oldest in Asia.
