Sanctuary in North Italy

It's called St. Valentine's Chapel, and it's located near the city of Rovereto in Trentino, the southern of the two provinces which make up the Trentino-Alto-Adige region. Located at the gateway to the Dolomite Mountains, the original structure here dates to the 13th century AD, although the church has undergone substantial changes since then.
