Pomerania is a historical region of Central Europe.  It has a northern boundary along the Baltic Sea coastlines of Germany and Poland, and extends some ways south on the great Northern European Plain.  In this drone video by JanuszKurek, you'll get a nice aerial view of the Pomeranian countryside near the Polish village of Sitno.  This is Kartuzy County, which is part of the Pomeranian Voivodeship.  It forms part of eastern Pomerania, which was historically part of Germany until World War II, following which it became part of Poland.
