Soleure/Solothurn at Golden Hour [4k/60fps]
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Check out these fantastic drone views of the iconic Swiss town of Solothurn, compliments of contributor AboveTheClouds. Also called Soleure, it's the capital of its namesake canton in the northwestern part of the country. It's situated on the banks of the Aare River, at the foot of the Jura Mountains. Originally a Roman settlement, the town came into its own in the Early Modern period, and is known for its Baroque style architecture. The video features excellent footage of the Old Town and the magnificent Solothurn (St. Ursus) Cathedral.

You can see, among others, the St-Ours cathedral, made of white marble and built between 1762 and 1773, the "Clock Tower" (with the golden clock), the oldest building of the city (12th century), the Jesuits church (with ivy on the rounded facade), built between 1680 and 1689, and the Aar river passing through the city.
