Tajikistan - Pamir Highway, Wakhan Valley, Bulunkul, Batang Valley

AirVuz contributor and pilot Mike Smith Projects created this stunning drone video from a trip to the Central Asian Republic of Tajikstan.  This mountainous land was part of the Soviet Union prior to its dissolution in the early 1990's.  The country is home to most of the area covered by the Pamir Mountain range, which includes some of the world's tallest peaks.  Most of the footage in this video was taken in the eastern part of the country, long its long crazily shaped border with Afghanistan.
