The Bridge of Chalkida

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Former Drone Video of the Week Winner kostas Gur brings us this excellent first person view (FPV) video of a well-known bridge in Greece. Known formally as the Euripus Bridge, it connects the city of Chalkida (Chalcis) on the island of Euboea with the Greek mainland to its west. Opened in 1993, the cable-stayed span over the Euripus Strait has a total length of just under 2.3k ft. (a bit under 700 m). It's the newer and longer of the two modern-era bridges which span the strait, which was originally bridged during the Antiquity.
