AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
AirVuz contributor and pilot ariotrihantoro brings us this excellent drone video of Indonesia's Borobudur complex, home of the world's largest Buddhist temple. Built in the 9th century, Borobudur is located in the Magelang Regency, near the middle of the island of Java. Constructed in the 9th century, the temple was abandoned for centuries beginning in the 1400's while much of modern-day Indonesia shifted to Islam. Distinguished by its massive dome and the 70 Buddha statues which surround it, the temple is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
