The White Cliffs of Dover on a still evening during covid-19 | Altitude Perspective
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Check out these fantastic 4k drone views of England's fabled White Ciffs of Dover, compliments of AirVuz contributor and pilot altitudeperspective. Named for the town in County Kent which they surround, the cliffs are made of chalk with prominent streaks of black flint. Covering the narrowest portion of the English Channel, the cliffs stand up to 110 meters (350 ft.). Symbolically protecting Great Britain from invasion, the White Cliffs have made countless appearances in English literature, most famously in Shakespeare's King Lear.
