Located in the great southern city of Guangzhou, it stands just under 2k ft. tall (just over 600 m), and was briefly the world's tallest observation tower when it opened in 2009 in anticipation of the 2010 Asia Games. Recognizable by its unusual hyperboloid design, Canton Tower features numerous observation decks, restaurants, TV and radio transmission facilities, and more.

My latest travels take me to Guangzhou, China where I will have footage later but I couldn't resist showcasing this magnificent beauty to the world. Canton Tower is unlike anything I have ever seen. Chinese engineering is the best I have seen to date.
