Dutch Village Volendam

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :

For a first upload to AirVuz, brand-new contributor PVD-productions brings us this outstanding drone video of a beautiful fishing village in the Netherlands.  It's called Volendam, and it's located a short distance north of Amsterdam along the Markermeer, which was part of the North Sea inlet known as the Zuiderzee until the latter was dammed off in the 1930's.  The town is part of North Holland, one of the 12 provinces of the Netherlands, which covers most of the northwestern part of the country.

BADGES THIS VIDEO HAS EARNED:

Early morning at 5am I set my alarm to shoot this video. Just twenty minutes away from Amsterdam, the lovely fishing village of Volendam. Rich in Tradition and history. Each year many tourists are wonderstruck by its beauty. "The Dijk" harbour is always a busy place, filled with bars and restaurants, fresh fish at local stands, and Old town called "Het Doolhof" should not be forgotten while scrolling the streets. The Weather was perfect while flying the drone. Golden hour was a great ally with this video.
