Mount Manaslu Circuit Trek - Nepal
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Fly along with talented AirVuz contributor Jackson Groves on a trek to one of the world's highest mountains. His journey took him about 110 mi. (around 180 km) to Nepal's Manaslu, part of the great Himalaya chain. The mountain has a summit elevation of almost 26.8k ft. above sea level (just under 8.2k meters), making it the world's eighth-highest mountain. The mountain is located in Nepal's Gorkha District, a bit to the east of the somewhat better-known (although no taller) Annapurna Massif.

The Manaslu Circuit Trek in Nepal was one of the best treks of my life. The entire route was 180km with 11,000m of vertical gain. The highest altitude was 5,200m, just past the Larkya La pass at 5,106m.
