Newport Beach is one of the largest and well-known communities in Orange County, which is part of Greater Los Angeles. Situated on Newport Harbor (a body of water which includes several islands), Newport Beach has become the unofficial sailing capital of the USA's West Coast. It's home to nearly 10k boats, one of the country's largest concentrations of recreational marine vehicles.
