Former AirVuz employee Jay Christensen hit the big-time with this fantastic first person view (FPV) drone video from a famous bowling alley in Minneapolis.  In a single shot, the "cinewhoop" style quad flies into the front door of Bryant Lake Bowl (located just a few km/mi. south of downtown), follows the course of a ball down an alley and then provides a look at the equipment behind the pins.  In the days folowing its release, this piece became one of the most-viewed FPV videos of all time and was the subject of countless news stories.

Top AirVuz contributor and first person view (FPV) pilot managed to use his "cinewhoop" style FPV drone to film an important American historical landmark: Thomas Jefferson's Poplar Forest plantation house in Bedford County.  The USA's third President inherited the property in 1773, but the construction of the house and plantation didn't begin until 1806, during his second administration.  The video features both external and internal footage of the house, which was designated as a National Historic Landmark in 1971.

Get a one-of-a-kind perspective of Germany's Mercedes-Benz Museum in this fantastic first person view (FPV) drone video by minidrone.studio.  He used a "cinewhoop" style drone to film the facility, which is located adjacent to the famous car company's headquarters in Stuttgart and which opened in 2006.  With their small size and (generally) ducted fans, cinewhoop drones can safely be flown indoors  (by experienced pilots) with little risk of damage.  This video was selected for the FPV Pilots to Watch list in August, 2020.

"Cinewhoop" style first person view (FPV) drones are perfect for "grand entrances" - transitioning from outside to inside in a single shot.  That's what you'll see in this excellent piece by AirVuz contributor and pilot Flyte Bytes.  The subject of the video is the Our Lady of Victory Basilica in Lackawanna, New York.  One of the most prominent churches in western New York, it was completed in the 1920's and is part of the Diocese of Buffalo.  This video was a pick for the FPV Pilots to Watch list in May of 2021.

City Museum of St Louis, Missouri is a museum whose exhibits consist largely of repurposed architectural and industrial products. Museum founder Bob Cassilly's voice pops up throughout this mystical piece by top first person view (FPV) pilot nurkfpv who was given rare access to fly his micro drone through the legendary museum. It's a moving, inspiring one you won't want to miss. This video was chosen as the Winner in the Micro Drone Acro Mode category in the second annual Drone Video Awards.

Prepare to be blown away by this magnificant one-shot FPV video from the USA's largest enclosed shopping mall, compliments of the legendary Jay Christensen.  Shot with a "cinewhoop" style FPV drone, the video plays off of the 1994 movie "Mighty Ducks: D2", which was shot at the giant mall in the Minneapolis suburb of Bloomington.  In a continuous shot, he flies through the giant structure, catches up with a roller-hockey "team" cruising through the mall, and heads into the Nickelodeon Universe amusement park in the center of the mall.

Building upon the success and visibility he created with his landmark first person view (FPV) tour of the Bryant Lake Bowl in Minneapolis, Minnesota, top contributor Jay Christensen headed to the northern part of the North Star State to make this epic FPV tour of a famous landmark: the Glensheet Mansion on the North Shore of Lake Superior in Duluth.  Dating to the early 1900's, the mansion was the site of the murder of wealthy heiress Elisabeth Congdon in 1977 for which her son-in-law was subsequently convicted in a celebrated trial.

Team AirVuz pilot nurkfpv got the amazing chance to fly his cinewhoop first person view (FPV) drone around helicopters, spaceships and even Air Force One at the National Museum of the United States Air Force, the world's oldest and largest military aviation museum. While these remarkable aircraft have the potential to be airworthy again, they have been purposefully preserved in their original state to keep them as records of Air Force history.  This incredible trip around the hanger put Nurk back on our FPV Pilots to Watch list in March 2020.
