Whooped a World War I / II fort called Fort Williams. It was a harbor defense post for military. This structure is Battery Keyes. It had two Rapid Fire Guns that shot 3 inch diameter shells weighing 15 pounds up to 4 1/2 miles away. There was a mine observation station on top to share ship locations to the mine officers firing the electrically controlled mines.
