Selfies taken from a drone are becoming increasingly popular, and now one Chinese company has designed a drone with that function in mind. ZeroTech recently announced its new selfie drone called “Dobby.” The small, lightweight drone fits in the palm of your hand and can easily be transported. Among Dobby’s unique features are its collapsible propeller blades and its ability to launch by voice command. This selfie drone also has facial tracking capability and can follow a target. There is no controller for the drone. Instead, it’s controlled from an app on your smartphone. It takes 1080p video and High definition photographs. The Dobby weighs less than half a pound and has a reported battery life of about nine minutes. It’s currently available for presale online for about $290 U.S., and it will reportedly be available at retailers by late June. Follow AirVuz News for the latest updates in the drone community.
