Abandoned Tower of Consonno | Italy

In 1962, a family bought the city Consonno for 22.5 Million Italian lira to build (or at least meant to be) the ‘Las Vegas of Italy’. All citizens had to leave the place and all buildings (except the local church) got demolished. Due to a series of landslides on the access road, the place got forgotten and became a Ghost Town. Currently, Consonno can be bought for about 12 Million Euros. Anybody interested?
