Abbazia Sacra di San Michele - Italy 4K
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
For a first upload to AirVuz, brand-new contributor Never Stop Exploring brings us this magnificent drone video of a famous Italian monastery complex called St. Michael's Abbey (Sacra di San Michele). It's located in the Susa Valley just west of Turin, the capital of the Piedmont region. The monastery dates to the 10th century AD, possibly earlier; its main church dates to the 12th century. The abbey gained further fame as the inspiration for Umberto Eco's 1980 debut novel The Name of the Rose, which sold over 50 million copies.
