Arsht Center
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County is one of the largest performing arts centers in the USA. The Center was originally built in 1929 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997 while it was a Sears department store. The Art Deco style building pre-dated the infamous Art Deco hotels seen along the Ocean Drive. Whofpv got the unique opportunity to fly through the gorgeous and historic building with his FPV quad as they prepared for their Annual Gala.

This was a dream flight through the @arshtcenter as they prepped for their annual gala. This performing arts center is at the heart of the Miami Arts and Culture district and provides the best local and traveling shows in the country. They’re home to @zoeticstagemia and host @alvinailey camp every summer for children in the community, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg in the countless shows they host and offer. Situated at the cultural crossroads of the Americas and in the heart of one of the world’s fastest-growing urban centers, the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County is one of the largest performing arts centers anywhere. It was a pleasure to capture some of this expansive space and can’t wait for a revisit! Music by: Ludwig Van Beethoven- Symphony No. 7 in A Major, Op. 92: ll. Alegretto
